土豆烧鸡翅|Braised Chicken Wings & Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings/drumettes
- ping-pong size ginger, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 medium carrots, diced
- 5 medium potatoes, diced
- green onion (optional garnish)
Directions
- Add ginger and chicken to a pan. Cook until the water released from the chicken has evaporated.
- Add minced garlic, red wine, soy sauce, and mix. Cover to cook for ~5 minutes.
- Mix the chicken for even coating, then cover and cook for another ~5 minutes.
- Once chicken is fully cooked, add carrots and cover for ~5 minutes.
- Add potatoes and cover for ~10 minutes.
- Once the potatoes are cooked to your liking, stir and serve!
