土豆烧鸡翅|Braised Chicken Wings & Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings/drumettes
  • ping-pong size ginger, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 medium carrots, diced
  • 5 medium potatoes, diced
  • green onion (optional garnish)

Directions

  1. Add ginger and chicken to a pan. Cook until the water released from the chicken has evaporated.
  2. Add minced garlic, red wine, soy sauce, and mix. Cover to cook for ~5 minutes.
  3. Mix the chicken for even coating, then cover and cook for another ~5 minutes.
  4. Once chicken is fully cooked, add carrots and cover for ~5 minutes.
  5. Add potatoes and cover for ~10 minutes.
  6. Once the potatoes are cooked to your liking, stir and serve!
