青豆肉末 | Pork and Soybean Stir Fry | Qing Dou Rou Mo
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1 package frozen shelled soybeans (about 2 cups)
- 1 star anise
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- salt to taste
Directions
- Boil the soybeans for 5 minutes, or until soft.
- Meanwhile, stir fry the ground pork until all water evaporates.
- Add star anise and soy sauce.
- Drain soybeans and add them to the pan. Add salt to taste.
- Stir fry until all liquid has evaporated.
- Enjoy!
Note: I recommend mixing it with rice and lao gan ma chili oil! Delicious!
