青豆肉末 | Pork and Soybean Stir Fry | Qing Dou Rou Mo

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 1 package frozen shelled soybeans (about 2 cups)
  • 1 star anise
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • salt to taste

Directions

  1. Boil the soybeans for 5 minutes, or until soft.
  2. Meanwhile, stir fry the ground pork until all water evaporates.
  3. Add star anise and soy sauce.
  4. Drain soybeans and add them to the pan. Add salt to taste.
  5. Stir fry until all liquid has evaporated.
  6. Enjoy!

Note: I recommend mixing it with rice and lao gan ma chili oil! Delicious!
