凉拌鸡 | Sichuan-style Spicy Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 1 carrot (julienned)
- 1 green onion
- 1/2 small red onion (optional)
- 4 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons Sichuan pepper oil (花椒油)
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 6 teaspoons homemade hot chili oil
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 heaping teaspoon lao gan ma chili oil with black bean
- 2 heaping teaspoons lao gan ma spicy chili crisp
- cilantro (optional)
- toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Additionally, you might like to add:
- doufu gan (dried tofu)
- bell pepper
- red onion
- whatever you want!
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Enjoy cold!
- Eat it with rice, milk bread, lettuce wraps, hua juan, mantou, salad greens… it goes well with so many things!
