凉拌面|Sichuan-style Spicy Cold Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 package (1 lb/16 oz) angel hair pasta (or thin spaghetti)
  • 1 green onion, minced
  • 3 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sichuan pepper oil (花椒油)
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 6 teaspoons homemade hot chili oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 heaping teaspoon lao gan ma chili oil with black bean
  • 2 heaping teaspoons lao gan ma spicy chili crisp
  • toasted sesame seeds (optional garnish)

Directions

  1. Cook pasta al dente according to the package instructions.
  2. Submerge cooked pasta in ice water to cool down.
  3. Mix all ingredients.
