凉拌面|Sichuan-style Spicy Cold Noodles
Ingredients
- 1 package (1 lb/16 oz) angel hair pasta (or thin spaghetti)
- 1 green onion, minced
- 3 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sichuan pepper oil (花椒油)
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 6 teaspoons homemade hot chili oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 heaping teaspoon lao gan ma chili oil with black bean
- 2 heaping teaspoons lao gan ma spicy chili crisp
- toasted sesame seeds (optional garnish)
Directions
- Cook pasta al dente according to the package instructions.
- Submerge cooked pasta in ice water to cool down.
- Mix all ingredients.
